PAYMENT & REFUND TERMS
HandleBid is a real-time promotional spotlight platform. Please review our policy on payment transactions, competitive positions, and manual exceptions.
Promotional Placement is Final
Placed payments purchase immediate visibility and position on the leaderboard. Because this visibility starts instantly, all promotional payments are consumed in real-time and are non-refundable.
No Refunds for Being Displaced
Promotion on HandleBid is competitive. Being displaced by another user who selects a higher price is a core design mechanic of the platform. We do not refund payments when you are challenged or displaced by other participants.
Failed/Error Transactions
If a payment is successfully processed but fails to update the board due to technical issues, we will verify the transaction logs and credit the listing manually, or issue a refund within 5-7 business days if manual credit is impossible.
Removal of Prohibited Listings
If your listing is removed due to a violation of our terms, fraud, fake verification, or illegal activity, we reserve the right to forfeit the placement price paid on that handle. No refunds will be provided for banned listings.
