Please read these terms carefully before participating in the HandleBid leaderboard. By claiming a spot, you agree to these rules.
Leaderboard Participation & Placements
HandleBid provides a real-time promotional spotlight leaderboard. Every spot claim is a real financial transaction. Placements are permanent and cannot be modified once verified.
Ownership and Verification
Users are responsible for ensuring they own or have the right to represent the handle they claim or feature. HandleBid reserves the right to request proof of ownership or verification at any time.
Displacement Mechanics
When you are displaced by another user who places a higher price, your position on the board drops. Placed funds are not automatically returned or refunded, as they are consumed for the promotional visibility time you occupied on the leaderboard.
Platform Code of Conduct
Any attempt to manipulate the leaderboard via bots, fraud, fake payment signatures, or identity theft will result in permanent ban of the listing and forfeiture of any promotional payments placed.
Limitation of Liability
HandleBid is provided "as is". We are not responsible for any change in follower counts, engagement, or external brand impact resulting from your listing or position on our board.
